Tina Gulliver-Rowe, B. Comm., CGA, CIM, CPM, MBA, Controller
Ms. Gulliver-Rowe graduated from Memorial University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Commerce (Co-Operative Program) degree.
She also completed a Master of Business Administration degree at Laurentian University in 2007. Since 1997,
Ms. Gulliver-Rowe has been employed with Oceanic Consulting Corporation; she oversees all accounting and financial
reporting functions; ensures that essential internal and accounting controls are in place; establishes and maintains
the organization’s accounting principles, practices, and procedures; and prepares financial statements and management
reports. Ms. Gulliver-Rowe is also the senior manager responsible for Administration, Human Resources.
